1.Customer Background and Needs OverviewChongqing ZB is a well-known semiconductor material processing company in the southwest region, focusing on the research and development and production of high-end semiconductor materials such as quartz, ceramics, and graphite. The user originally used a vertical machining center for processing, but due to the high dust and slagging, the equipment was easy to wear and tear, and it was difficult to meet the processing requirements: the accuracy of the 400 disc was within 0.01mm, and the side grinding head processing had no contact marks or chatter marks.
2.Solution● In response to the specific needs of users, we have designed solutions with precision gantry, full protection, and maze-type sedimentation water tanks.
The 0812 small gantry is designed, equipped with an 18,000 rpm electric spindle, a FANUC system, three-axis rails, and small-pitch imported ball screws, meeting the user's high roundness and low vibration processing requirements.
Full protection design: The three-axis fully enclosed high-strength armor shield is protected to effectively prevent cutting fluid from corroding the transmission parts.
The water tank adopts a maze multi-measure filtration structure to effectively remove impurities and particles to ensure the cleanliness of the coolant.
Intelligent monitoring and alarm system: detects key components such as spindle load, water tank level, oil pump refueling, etc. Once an abnormal situation is found, an alarm signal will be issued immediately to prevent damage to the workpiece or equipment.3.EffectThe user is very satisfied with this fully protected, labyrinth sedimentation water tank solution and has repurchased it many times.
