Main structure and performance
This machine tool is designed by our company based on the user's requirements, using computer-aided design and optimized design methods, implementing the current national accuracy standards and the company's internal standards, and equipped with domestic and foreign advanced functional components, so that it has "large transmission torque and large cutting force" , high strength, high rigidity, long service life and high processing efficiency" mechatronic products.
Overall layout of machine tools
The machine is composed of column, double lifting beam, table part, main transmission mechanism, CNC tool holder (with broach device), tool store, electrical system and hydraulic system. The main large and medium castings are cast with high strength and low stress cast iron. The design structure of large castings is reasonable, with high strength and high rigidity; All castings are treated with thermal aging and vibration aging twice to eliminate internal stress and ensure long-term maintenance and stability of the accuracy of the machine.
The column is cast in one piece and fits behind the base of the table. The beam slides on the guide rail of the column. The cross beam is equipped with a CNC tool holder, which is driven by Siemens servo motor and planetary gear reducer to rotate the ball screw to realize various actions of the CNC tool holder.
Control system
The machine tool CNC system adopts Siemens' 808D CNC system, and the CNC tool holder servo motor adopts Siemens AC servo motor, which can realize the linkage of X-axis and Z-axis. The electrical cabinet is equipped with refrigeration and air conditioning.
Tool magazine
In order to realize the automatic changing function, this machine tool is equipped with a tool magazine.
The tool magazine has 8 stations and is installed on the right side of the machine tool. Through the indexing system, the cutter head is indexed to the required station to realize automatic replacement of tools.
