1. Mainly key parts adopt Resin sand strength quality casting with high rigidity, strong stability. Adopt imported roller guide way. PH20HA model and the following are two guide way, while PM25HA and above models are three guide way, ensure that the machine has excellent loading capacity.
2. If 13/15 series choose BT50 belt spindle, Z axis is box way. In order to adopt to the heavy strong cutting requirements.
3. With screw type converyor chip for two sides and end side chain type converyor chip, easier to remove chip.
4. Z axis adopt nitrogen balance weight, it is faster response speed and more smooth running than be with hammer balance weight of VMC, ensureing the stability of cutting processing.
